Today I met with Helén R. Løddesøl, a reiki master, reiki master teacher and energy intuitive in a conversation about REIKI, healing and her ability to see beyond the veil. As a small child Helén would play with magical beings like fairies and elves, not knowing that others didn’t see what she saw. As she grew up she closed off this part of her. However the Universe came knocking on the door in her thirties through quite a discomforting experience. She knew she needed a tool to help her handle these experiences. She found REIKI.

Helén Røren Løddesøl is a Reiki master teacher, a yoga instructor, and an energy intuitive healer. As a teenager she competed in gymnastics on a national level. She has led aerobic classes for almost 40 years, practiced yoga for more than 30 years, and worked as a certified yoga instructor for 20 years.
Helén started with Reiki in 2000, graduated as a certified Reiki master in 2005 and a Reiki master-teacher in 2008. She teaches Reiki on all levels in Norway and internationally. Furthermore, she regularly arranges energy workshops.
Helén is energy intuitive and works as a therapist. She has traveled extensively and worked with international masters to study Reiki, yoga and different kinds of modalities both in physical movement, meditative and healing techniques.
