• There are many reiki modalities in use today, but HMR is a dynamic work that blends traditional techniques with modern psychological and scientific data.
• This initial class will be equivalent to standard reiki levels one, two, and three (Master level). You will learn how to use and work with Reiki; you’ll also learn how to send it.
• I will share techniques, knowledge, and experiences with you for practical application. Whether you’re just beginning or have been practicing for a while, you will gain insight and understanding of how to use Higher Mind Reiki.
• I will show you how to integrate Reiki into your daily life, and how to apply it for self-healing as well as for healing others.
• We will also explore the metaphysical aspects of HMR, and learn about symbols, mantras, and how to intuit and interpret energy.
