I had no idea I was going to be a breathwork facilitator and Reiki Master but I am so passionate about sharing this healing modality as it has become such a powerful tool to add to my Phoenix Rising Collective coaching program. Words cannot express what I have witness during my breathwork and healing sessions. Clients have been able to release suppressed pain, release trauma and emotional blockages keeping them stuck. Some clients are even experiencing physical releases and been able to heal not only on the spiritual and emotional level but also on the physical!
