I started thinking about Reiki Healing when I started understanding my Empath side. It’s crazy because I can feel the pain that others feel and the area of pain. I don’t like talking about it because I know a lot of people think this is crazy but on the low I try healing people without them really noticing. I intend no harm at all, I just understand the pain someone is going through and the fact that I can feel it too just makes me want to help them out more. My boyfriend suffers from a lots of pains throughout his body but mostly his back and left arm, I always start massaging him out of no where and he gets freaked out every time because I can feel when the pain kicks in and where. He’s always like “how did you know?”

I’ve been a massage therapist for 3 yrs now. At this time in my life I started to go thru a self love journey. Thru meditation, crystals, and chakra healing. When I start to massage, as soon as I place my hands on ppl I feel like my lungs are closing in. I can’t breathe and I always wondered if it was me. Like maybe I’m jus low on energy. A new client of mine told me I have Reiki hands. That my hands give off good energy. Makes me wonder 🤔

Is there a list of all the different types of healings that exist?
Is there a way to test your healing abilities? A plant or something? Also I would love to understand shadow work more. Healers talk about it a lot but they don’t really explain how to go about doing it. That was an excellent video thank you
