How long should an Animal Reiki session last? It’s a question we get asked often, so this week our conversation centers around the length of a Reiki Session and something that’s even more important than the time you spend in meditation. Read on to find out what that is.
The three points to remember are:
1. Intention and connection are more important than the length of a session. Ten minutes of focused intention/connection are more powerful than sixty minutes of trying to force yourself to meditate.
2. Using tried and true “Hacks” can help you connect faster. Find out what Leah’s favorite hack is to connect quickly.
3. The length is not set in stone. It will vary depending on the animal and the situation. A session with a client and a connecting to animals at the zoo will look very different.
