Hello everyone! I hope everyone understands where I am coming from in this video. Being transparent is my #1 priority on this channel, and expressing to you how I feel as I go throughout this journey of life is something that I find not only cathartic for my emotions, but also something that I think you all can benefit from.

I know I have done so much for myself over the past few years, and for that I am so grateful. I don’t want to give you guys the wrong impression that I am negative about the place I am in right now. There is so much I know I am doing RIGHT; however, I know there is room for improvement. I believe the best way to ensure long lasting productive healthy habits is to approach your habits and routines using an identity based mindset. For example, I am a healthy person; therefore, I am going to cook my meals and eat clean as much as I possibly can. For myself, my identity is in being a Reiki Master and energy healer; therefore, I want to align my habits and routines with someone who practices energy healing work, who is spiritual, loving to themselves, healthy, conscious, etc.
