Confidence is something that we all struggle with at some point in our life. There is no person in this world who has never ever struggled with self doubt or low confidence, so don’t beat yourself up for being low confident.

5) ☀️ See the Sun-: Sun is a source of energy and also can boost our confidence. Let the rays fall on your third eye for 30 seconds.
6) 🕶️ Act confident -: When you feel low confidence that’s something that only you know so act confident and this way you will trick your self and others into believing that you are confident.
