**WHO IS SARA**
We have Sara Beth, she is a trauma survivor & CPTSD Support Group Admin. She is an example of an amazing powerful woman who has overcome decades of extreme physical abuse from her parents and ex husband and is a light of hope for other domestic violence survivors through her online support group. She has developed CPTSD, BPD, Depression, Anxiety and other chronic illness as a result of decades of physical and mental abuse.
**WHAT IS SARA DOING IN THIS SESSION**
SARA has tried many things in her life to cure CPTSD and BPD such as EMDR, talk therapy, mood stabilizers, art therapy and now she wants to explore a new way of healing and recovery that is energy healing.
**WHY SARA WANTED TO CURE CPTSD WITHOUT THERAPY**
SARA was amazed to watch some videos about energy healing online and wanted to try it but was a bit doubtful and scared. When I met her the first time and she got to know that I am an energy healer she asked to try it out. I said, “why not?” I am more than happy to give someone healing energy who never had it before and want to try it to see whether they get any benefit from it or not. Sara enjoyed the session and encourages other people to try it, specially those who has chronic physical and mental illness.
