There are a variety of ways to practice distance Reiki.
It’s important to reflect that every practitioner’s style is different and with that, so are the clients.
For instance, some practitioners choose to play their own calming meditation music for the client during a session, while others ask the client to choose what’s best for them and play it on their own.
