How to Stay Rooted in Uncertain and Challenging Times

In this video I offer some tips on how to stay rooted during uncertain, challenging and dark times. Being “rooted” means to me feeling secure and at ease within my being. How one “roots” can look different for each person. These are the take aways that I share:
1. Staying home more often
2. Creating sacred alter or space within ones home
3. Clearing your home and space
4. Spending time in nature
5. Being gentle and kind to yourself, practice self compassion
