In this video, I documented an experience that would change my life forever. This was not only a personal session of overcoming past trauma but a transformative session in recognizing old patterns and how built-up emotional pain can manifest into physical pain if not dealt with adequately. Mel discusses the importance of chakra cleansing and how the association of chakra colors is correlated to the colors of crystals. Hence, her practice is known as ‘sonic crystal reiki healing.’
I went into a deep trance during our meditation session and entered the astral realm (which I was not expecting and prepared for). In my upcoming video, I discuss astral projection, my out-of-body experience, and what I saw in the astral plane. I am very grateful to have captured my body and physical state during this transitional period.
