Jikiden Reiki differs from Western Reiki in orientation and in practices. It was used by Chiyoko Yamaguchi to treat family, friends and neighbors for many years. If you want to learn Jikiden Reiki, you may study with Tadao Yamaguchi in Japan, Frank Arjava Petter who comes to the U.S. once a year, or with Shihans who are more local and accessible.
