My take on “opening the Kundalini energy.” I have heard through the years the occasional person saying it is unsafe to open the Kundalini energy. It takes years of training to open it. You need guidance to open it. Well, I respectfully disagree…
The Kundalini is not some alien that lives in us. It is not some hidden thing we should not open the door to. It is not Pandora’s Box. It is a natural, organic, innate part of our being. We are born with it. It is fully intact and functioning from the womb, from our mother’s energy passing into us. Life, chaos, clashing environmental frequencies, all of that throws it/us completely out of whack, out of tune, out of balance, as it does to all of our innermost energy frequencies… Chakras, Nadi System, the entire Aura itself are negatively affected. Modern life throws it all out of balance. And bringing it back into balance, tune, synchronicity, is not some unsafe, unhealthy thing, it is quite the opposite. When our frequencies are in tune and balance with the natural world beneath the chaos of the grand illusion, everything about us restores, falls into place, mind, body and soul. Our connection to the natural order becomes strong, and in turn we become strong. And in turn, we walk through the chaos of this age in peace, understanding, compassion, insight, serenity, and flow like calm water in a stream through the turbulent unrest of the modern world.
The Divine Feminine Energy; She is the fire down under. The Kundalini is the base, the core of our energy source. And as She reawakens, we are given back our power, our strength as we; our Chakras, Nadi System, Aura, all come back into synchronicity with the ALL, the Universe, the Great Spirit of the Earth; Gaia.
It is when she lies coiled, dormant and weakened inside of us that we lose our innate powers and strengths. That is detrimental, that is what is unsafe. Unsafe to our spirit’s connection to the ALL and many other issues.
This 15-minute routine will Stimulate, Activate, Tune and Balance our Kundalini, thus our complete Energy Self.
