So tonight myself and Jenny took you through the use of energy in our healing journeys, Jenny spoke about the Helix method and showed how she uses muscle testing to change your beliefs and I spoke about and showed you how YOU can manipulate energy, how that changing your self concept automatically changes your vibration and raises your energy this has a positive effect on how you action and treat ie self care, surgery or conservative treatment your Lipoedema.
