Join me for a relaxing Reiki ASMR session using healing frequencies and crystals. Tonight, we’ll work on reducing stress, relaxing our muscles and easing tension, and getting ready for a good night’s sleep.

What is Reiki?

Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique (although its origins are much more ancient than that) that uses the laying on of hands to channel universal life energy (also known as chi or prana) into the body. Reiki can help to promote relaxation, reduce stress, relieve pain, and boost the immune system.

What is ASMR?

ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response. It is a tingling sensation that some people experience in response to certain stimuli, such as soft sounds, gentle touches, or visual patterns. ASMR can be very relaxing and calming, and it has been shown to have a number of benefits for mental and physical health.

What to Expect

During the session, you can relax and meditate or lie down and close your eyes. I will channel Reiki, and it will flow instantaneously to all of us by tapping into the connection and Oneness we all share.
Reiki energy is not diminished over a distance because it is not a physical energy. It is a spiritual energy that is not bound by the laws of physics. Reiki energy can travel through space and time, and it can reach anyone who is open to receiving it.
