Reiki is a hands on healing energy transference modality. it is one of the few healing modalities that we can use on our self to help us re balance and heal our bodies on all levels. Physical, Mental, Emotional and Spiritual.
It is a very easy and effective process to learn and the classes all include your level attunement, a note book with teachings pertaining to that class and instruction for that level of class. Most classes are 5 hours long and small groups not over 6.
