I organised a workshop with one of my friends who lives in Brussels to give a talk on how you can improve your health and wellbeing through the practice of minimalist training and reiki.
minimalist training is an up and coming training style that allows you to work on your fitness goals while spending less time in the gym so that you can focus on other areas of your life.
Reiki is a Japanese art where healers harness the power of their bodies energy and use it to direct the flow onto parts of the body where there are energetic imbalances. This can also be used on other people to heal their energy points (more commonly referred to as chakras) to bring about a sense of harmony and serenity to the body and mind. There are now more cases of reiki healers emerging all over the world as this practice is being discovered by more people.
