This is a reminder to check on people and don’t take “fine” “okay” or “good” as someone is ok.
I have been there, many bouts of depression, anxiety, and 2 attempts to die by suicide. I have come to know that the person with the biggest smiles, laughs, and goofiness is the ONE struggling the most.
