In this session I help guide the reiki energy through your body to “Pluck OUT Negative Energy ReikiASMR”. We all experience negative energy in our lives whether we are aware or not and it’s important to remember it’s NOT about YOU. It’s not your energy but it’s YOUR vibration that effects how you feel. In this session I use multiple healing techniques to help clear out any stuck or blocked energetic places throughout your body. Also, in order to “Pluck OUT Negative Energy ReikiASMR” I incorporate brushing sounds, gentle hand movements, and use soft vocal tones and words to help remove the unwanted energy.
