Hi friends! I have created this ASMR Reiki session to help you acknowledge and accept your shame shadow. Shame is the wound of the solar plexus chakra and is a very legitimate and common emotion that we must learn to navigate. Shame is a very heavy energy that we must reflect on and then release. In today’s session we will perform a triple cleanse followed by Reiki crystal healing. There will also be plenty of relaxing ASMR triggers if you are just here to get some sleep. 😴 So grab yourself a warm cup of tea, get comfy and let us practice navigating shame together!
