I usually give my sweet doggie a healing, relaxing massage just before cozies. Doing that relaxes her, and it relaxes me. I also massage her "fingers" and her pads. Initially, she wasn't too sure she liked that, but now she enjoys it. Those little pads do a lot of work every day.😊

It seems like you were trying to continually keep the dog from getting up or sitting up, why? Seems non consensual. If the dog wants reiki it will come to you and ask, I’m not understanding how pushing them down and trying to get them to sit is helpful…

We have three mix terriers two boys >>>>>>> Marley and sox and one female >>> trixie . Very different personality. Sox is very sensitive and anxiety when we leave for work.? Marley and trixie are fine with us leaving for work not sox .???

dogs in urban settings…you must provide them with a respite from that-hiking in parks or forests; otherwise it is a selfishness on your part-to keep an animal in such an unnatural setting. think long & hard before confining a dog into a city. this observation is offered with love.
