Energy is not bound by time or space, so there is usually no distinguishable difference between distance or in-person healings in my experience – they are just as strong. You can continue to receive this many times over each time you watch the video. Reiki healing is a transmission of a high vibrational frequency of universal life force energy, also known as prana or chi. I am not healing you; I am only assisting you in healing yourself. We each have this innate ability. You do this by releasing resistance and aligning with a higher frequency that you hold within yourself. Just sit or lay back, soften your muscles, relax your breathing, and intend to receive by thinking or stating out loud “I receive.” You may feel tingles, warmth, have an emotional release, receive psychic messages, or nothing at all – any of this is completely normal. When finished, I advise you to ground yourself by moving your body, drinking water, eating something, or spending time in nature. The energy typically stays with you for 1 week – 1 month, and is cumulative, so the more you watch, the more healing takes place. This energy is healing on all levels of being. It is a fresh and gentle rejuvenation which enters you and over repetition and time, will provide a clearing of lower vibrational frequencies from you and your life. Couple things for me to add: 1. Healing is not linear and usually happens in layers. 2. You are already whole. You are just shedding what isn’t your highest, truest frequency and integrating any parts of you that are needing integration when healing. 3. Typically, you will start to have a bit of upheaval in life after starting to receive energy healings. This is normal and is clearing what isn’t serving your best and highest good. This will most likely start to even out in time or you will have periods of rest in-between intense healing moments going forward through this era of purification in your life towards more peace and bliss.
Energy healings such as Reiki are a great addition to one’s regular spiritual hygiene. I hope you enjoy. 🙂
