Qi Gong Beginner Exercise: Balance, Restore, nourishment!

La Qi beginner friendly exercise that everyone can do! If you don’t follow me on TikTok already, posted a video about this exercise. Decided to do a longer video on it, and little more depth. This is a great overall exercise for balancing, restoring, and harmonizing your own Qi, as well as healing the immune system, membrane system. Great exercise to do when you wake up, and before going to bed! Or just need a quick recharge.

Since I am awful at explaining things in videos, much easier for me to write it down. Some Qi Gong styles are closed practices where they do require you to learn from a master, and to stay with that teacher for many years. However not the main point of this, just wanted to give some people more insight on Qi Gong. However this Qi Gong exercise anyone can do! For some that don’t know I am currently in school learning to become a Qi Gong teacher training! It has so many benefits! Now the style I am learning is both self healing, and healing others. best of both worlds. Most closed practices, or types of Qi Gong styles majority are only self healing exercises only.
