Quick Reiki Boost for Sadness – Healing your Heart
In this video, you will be receiving Reiki Healing to help you heal your heart and the sadness you feel now. The energy is aiming to restore all your energy centers that are affected by an unbalanced flow of the vibrations surrounding Love.
When you receive this Reiki for sadness, your body will be increasing in frequency and your heart chakra will be receiving healing energies to help you let go of the blockages that are causing your energy to feel this pain.
The energy is being directed to mainly to your heart center to make it stronger and to support optimal levels of love energy when it comes to feeling healthy, balanced, and happy.
There are many reasons why your energy can be vibrating in sadness. These external influences when combined with inner low vibrations and blockages (related to relationships, work, people, the past) in your entire energy field will then create resistance and disproportional levels of the flow of energy. And the goal here is to heal and nourish these frequencies.
