The visualization and healing guides you to envision the Earth’s support below you, allowing yourself to flush out any negativity and receive positive energy back from Her. You can practice this anytime, anywhere (as long as it is safe to do so — please do not practice when driving, cooking, or anything else that needs your attention).
This guided meditation is intentionally voice-only to ensure that any sounds or music does not influence the imagery or feeling of your visualization. If you would like to play music while you meditate, you may do so on a separate device.
If you would like to participate in the meditation and not receive the Reiki energy, please simply set that intention before you begin. You can say something as simple as, “I will not receive the Reiki energy. And so it is.”
