What happens during and after the event of the trauma is that we make a decision about ourselves (e.g. I’m unlovable, I’m stupid, etc.) So this is a healing session to help heal and energize you toward a more fulfilling life and dissolve a lot of what the inner critic has continued to tell you to keep you small.
