Reiki is a form of energy healing in which a Reiki practitioner serves as a conduit for Universal healing energy to transfer to the recipient. This can be done both in-person or through distant healing.
All you have to do is remain open and consent to this healing energy by saying “Yes, I consent to receiving this Reiki energy”. You can treat this Reiki video as a meditation track or you can even use it while you’re sleeping by putting this video it on loop. Reiki is safe and poses minimal side effects.
