I did this session after coming home and realizing that I had a lot of friends that just through life and the way it happens, have left my life and yet we still love each other, they have love for me and me for them and yet there isn’t a connection really there, and as I sat of course all my past relationships came up, some I am glad to move on from, but still there are those that I miss dearly and cherish the time we had together, so I did this Reiki for me and for you, to help when we miss them. In my experience it helped me feel that they are still alive in my heart, that the love is still here and it filled me up, it helped me deal with the loss and grief and sadness of being out of contact or far away from them, even just not being able to be in their physical presence right now, and it brought me to a place of peace and acceptance. It left me feeling warm in my heart and connected to those I love.
