I have received attunements for the Second degree in Usui Reiki System of Natural healing.
When I was pursuing my attunement, I found that there are no videos for Reiki 3 minute bell that also included the hand positions. And every time with the 3 minute bell I had to refer back to my notes and ensure that I am doing the right position.
