If someone told me 7 years ago that I’d be practicing Reiki or even that Reiki was something that could work…
I wouldn’t believe them! I was so skeptical of things that I couldn’t physically see.
I had my first spiritual awakening in 2015. I was blessed to meet people who took me through deep inner work and made me question everything I believed. Turns out, those beliefs weren’t true and I also had a choice in WHAT I wanted to believe🤯
I saw how I was “programmed”- one of my BIGGEST hurdles was worthiness and feeling like I didn’t matter- I would go through periods of healing it, then it would come up again as another layer that needed healing.
Then there were parts of me that were NOT SHIFTING AT ALL no matter how hard I worked at it. It was so frustrating.
That’s when I sought out different ways to FEEL BETTER and that’s when I found Reiki. Reiki isn’t an overnight cure- it’s a gradual process where the more you receive it, the more layers get melted off and dissipate completely.
I have a history of trauma, and because of it, I was constantly anxious, constantly disconnected from my own body and felt unsafe in the world. Even years later.
I learned Reiki for various reasons but one of them was to just FEEL BETTER.
With practicing Reiki self-healing, I finally shifted that anxiety, the disconnect I had from myself and others, and my lack of feelings of safety, amongst many other things that I couldn’t even imagine would go away.
That’s why now, I create Reiki content to share the healing I’ve experienced, I support individuals in 1:1 sessions, and I teach Reiki to others, even those who have zero energy healing experience, through a set process that works, so they can FEEL better too.
