That really felt good. I felt a soft vibration in my upper body, with a gentle rocking sensation. I had my eyes closed but it felt like I was rocking back and forth. It felt so good I didn't want it to stop. Was that fear being released?

Thank you. This is the first time. I will try and do this a couple of times per week. Everyone has so much fear, depression, negitive thoughts and anxiety. Hope this helps to raise my vibration and for the universe to help me make myself. my life and my soul better for me and others. 🙂 Nice sounds too.
