Reiki Healing Music: For The Body & Soul, Relaxing Soothing Music, Meditation Music, Inner Peace

Meditation is a conscious practice that connects the mind and the body at its most basic level. Meditation is a technique for training attention and awareness, as well as achieving a cognitively clear and emotionally peaceful, and stable condition. It involves focusing the mind on a certain object, thought, or action.

Meditation can help with anxiety, chronic pain, depression, heart disease, and high blood pressure. Its purpose is to assist you in achieving bodily and emotional calm and peace, as well as learning to live more fully in the present moment.

What is Spirituality?

Spirituality is known as adhyatma in sanskrit. It is a combination of the words adhi and atman (atmanaha). Adhi refers to the topic, and atma refers to the soul.

The soul is the god force that resides within each of us and is our actual character. Absolute truth (sat), absolute consciousness (chit), and bliss are its characteristic (anand). The soul is unaffected by the ups and downs (happiness and sadness) of life since it is eternally joyful. Thus, spirituality is concerned with understanding the nature of the soul and reconnecting to identifying with the soul and experiencing it as one’s actual nature.

While there are various meditation practices that aim to develop spiritual awareness, they all require an honest and authentic attitude toward how we see ourselves, and the world. Our aim is to relax, comfort, and energize your mind & soul with peace and calming music.

What is the best way to meditate?
Everyone can practice meditation if they follow these simple steps.

❖ Take a seat
Find a place to sit that feels calm and quiet to you.

❖ Specify a time limit
If you’re just starting out, a little time frame, such as 5 or 10 minutes, can be beneficial.

❖ Take notice of your body
Sitting on a chair with your feet on the floor, sitting loosely cross-legged, or kneeling are all suitable positions. Simply ensure that you are stable and in a position where you can stay for an extended period of time.

❖ Feel your breath
Follow the sensation of your breath as it goes in and as it goes out.

❖ Notice when your mind has wandered
Inevitably, your attention will leave the breath and wander to other places. When you get around to noticing that your mind has wandered—in a few seconds, a minute, five minutes—simply return your attention to the breath.

❖ Be kind to your wandering mind
Don’t judge yourself or obsess over the content of the thoughts you find yourself lost in. Just come back.

❖ Close with kindness
When you’re ready, gently lift your gaze (if your eyes are closed, open them). Take a moment and notice any sounds in the environment. Notice how your body feels right now. Notice your thoughts and emotions.

That’s it! That’s the practice. You focus your attention, you concentrate, your mind wanders, you bring it back, and you do so as politely as possible.
