Energy healing focuses on 1 of the 3 pillars of your health and wellness; Mind, Body (Physical Body) and Soul (Subtle Body). Energy healing focuses on the cause of your symptoms aka things you are holding onto from the past.
Everything is energy including emotions, thoughts and trauma. If we suppress our emotions and trauma and have negative thought patterns it blocks & slows the flow of energy in our subtle body which manifests symptoms in our physical body.
The physical body is the Mind and Subtle Body’s way of communicating with you. There is a meaning behind each symptom that helps you identify what you need to let go of and resolve. Once these blocks are released it promotes natural healing in the body. YOU begin to heal yourself.
