My name is Dr. Marina Kostina and I am a reiki master/ teacher, shambala reiki practitioner, energy healer and hypnotherapist as well as an award winning transformational coach. WHAT IS THE COURSE ABOUT?
The course is composed of short videos and practical exercises that you watch at your own pace.
In Module 1 you will learn about what reiki is, its short history and main principles

In Module 2: you wll learn about the Energetic Anatomy of a Human. I found that many reiki courses do not expand on this part, which is very important for understanding of how energy works and how to help your clients heal themselves
Module 3 is dedicated completely to Symbols and Rituals
Module 4 is super important and useful. Again, the majority of reiki trainings especially only do not provide enough training on this We will be learning : How to Conduct the Session. I will give you my personal session structure from beginning to the end. You will learn Hand position and how to apply symbols for concrete situations
Module 5 will teach you how to provide Distance Reiki
Module 6 will help you avoid mistakes I made when I just started. I got sick energetically 2 times from some of very problematic clients… Believe me, you don’t wish that upon your worst enemy. So in this module I will teach you: Grounding technique and how to protecting Your Own Energy, Clean your space and yourself.
For module 7 you will make an appointment with me fpr 20-30 minutes so we can meet 1 on 1 online or offline and I can attune you to Levels 1 and 2.
At the end of the course you will receive a certification that will allow you to start your reiki healing practice today.
I would estimate that total study time is about 2 hours, but you can come back to this course as many times as you need to!
You will receive a complete reiki training manual that you can read at your own time and use as a reference book!
