Reiki is a form of energy healing that you can use on yourself to relax when you are stressed out, center your thoughts when you are confused, relieve pain, and increase the vibrational frequency of the body. Listen to the music and try these simple hand positions along with deep breathes to facilitate healing. Hand position #1- Place your hands around the neck with the heels covering the throat. Hand position #2- Akkow your hands to form a T. Left hand covering the heart and the tight hand over the thymus gland.
