This Guided meditation utilises the idea of Reiki in the form of a body scan.
Feel your own energy balance, where there is an imbalance, you can correct it with being aware and noticing any tension, heat or other feeling.
you can use this reiki style meditation for sleep or to help with achieving relaxation at any time, it doesn’t have to just be used at bedtime.
This Healing meditation will help with anxiety, sleep problems, insomnia and balancing emotions.
Please make sure that the area you listen in is comfortable and away from distractions and immerse yourself as much as you can, feeling your own inner positive energy.
The body scan will last about 15 minutes and the rest of the time, you can drift into a deep relaxation or fall asleep.
There are no hard and fast rules to meditation, so do what you feel comfortable doing to heal your mind and body of stress, worry and any other negative effects.
