Reiki is a Japanese hands-on healing technique that reduces stress and promotes physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
Ki, Chi, Prana or life force energy is the energy that animates all living beings. When the life energy is powerful and flows freely through the body, we are in a state of health. But when the flow of life energy is disrupted or blocked for different reasons such as negative thoughts or stress, we are more prone to get ill. Reiki helps to release the possible blockages throughout our energy system and let the life energy flows freely once again.
Reiki is simple and easy to learn. There are no prerequisites! Once you learn it, you can give Reiki to yourself and others to assist living a balanced and harmonious life physically, mentally, and emotionally.
