Weโre inviting you to bring some items with you next Sunday, and one of the items are crystals. Crystals are one of Earthโs precious gifts to us. They hold their own high vibrational energy that enhances any physical and/or mental practices.
A crystal is a solid, whose atoms are arranged in a regular, highly organized grid pattern (think spring/summer outdoor wedding with an interlaced lattice arch that rests at the end of the bridal way).
Examples of crystals are not only the colored mineral solids, like amethyst and citrine, but also includeโgraphite (used to make pencils), snow, and table salt!
Each crystal has its unique quality and associated healing or manifestation benefits.
