😴 Relaxing ASMR: Delta Waves & Hand Movements for Deep Relaxation and Energy Healing 💫
Hello everybodyyyy! Lately I’ve been really digging ASMR that utilizes specific kinds of waves/frequencies combined with hand movements, especially with reiki and other kinds of energy healing. I wanted to try my hand at creating this sort of relaxing environment so please let me know what you think! I added some humming here and there as well as a few simple mouth sounds. Let me know if you have any tips or suggestions in this area as well. 🙂
