The Root Chakra also known as Muladhara is the first main energy center in the body located at the base of the spine. The Root Chakra is the foundation of the body’s energy system and provides stability for the entire energy system. The Root Chakra is associated with the color red and the element of earth. When the Root Chakra is blocked or imbalanced this can lead to anxiety, fear, instability and insecurity. Long term blockages or imbalance of the Root Chakra can lead to many injuries in the body including injury to the spine, back, legs, feet, etc. Imbalance or blockages in this chakra can lead to blockages and imbalances in all other major and minor chakras within the body.
Reiki healing is safe for all ages and can be used by anyone regardless of religious affiliations or beliefs. This does not require any special initiation or effort by the recipient.
