The sacral chakra known as Svadhisthana is located in the lower abdomen below the navel and is associated with the element of water, the moon and the divine feminine. 🌖🌗🌘🌕🌒🌓🌔
A blocked sacral chakra can manifest as detached emotion, loneliness or isolation, anxiety, low libido, loss of interest in hobbies and passions and a lack of creativity. Physical issues include liver and kidney problems, premenstrual syndrome and lower back pain.
We will be using essential oils, crystals, affirmations, visualisation and some simple lunar yoga poses to not only activate the chakra (bringing creativity and confidence) but also balance.
Foods that are beneficial for the sacral chakra (not mentioned in this video) are: carrots, mangoes, sweet potatoes, butternut squash, oranges, persimmon, apricot, peaches, orange pepper, satsumas.
