The Sacral Chakra also known as Svadhishthana is the second major energy center in the body located just below the naval in the lower belly and inner pelvis. The Sacral Chakra is associated with the color orange and the element of water. This chakra is connected to our passion for life and our emotional body. This includes our desires, passion, creativity and sensuality. When the Sacral Chakra is blocked or imbalanced this can lead to lack of passion for life, lack of creativity, hyper sexuality or lack of sex drive, co-dependency, mood disorders such as depression, etc. Long term blockages or imbalance of the Sacral Chakra can also lead to many injuries in the body including injury to the back, sexual and reproductive organs, endocrine system (bladder, kidneys, etc). Imbalance or blockages in this chakra can lead to blockages and imbalances in all other major and minor chakras within the body.
Reiki healing is safe for all ages and can be used by anyone regardless of religious affiliations or beliefs. This does not require any special initiation or effort by the recipient.
Reiki healing works best in a meditative relaxed state with an open mind and with minimal outside noise or interference.
Every person experiences Reiki treatment differently.
