Reiki is Universal Energy. It’s a gentle way to heal, boost your immune system, and improve your mental health through breathing. It cannot harm you, and if you don’t need the energy that comes to you, it will simply slip back into the universal energy source.
Anyone can participate. No special skills or training is necessary. The only requisite is the ability to breathe.
