It improves circulation, and posture and aids in metabolic processes overall, giving you a leaner longer body while maintaining your inner strength.

With Reikilates, I wanted to combine the 10 years of learning about chakra alignment, cleansing, and energizing with the beautiful art of Pilates movements.
Pilates is composed of creative movements designed by the late Joseph Pilates, originally called “Contrology”, yes you guessed it, “spine twist” is one of the essential moves taught by Pilates🧘🏻♀️
In this real, I provided the beginner version of spine twist, you need to be in a comfortable seated position, with your hands resting on your thighs, spine in upright position, you breath in raise your arms lengthened beside your ears, as you exhale you twist your body using your upper body focused on core, shoulders, spine, and add neck movement for support purpose without straining your neck muscles, feel the stretch in your oblique muscles hold for 10 seconds and return to center, breath in and twist your body in opposite direction with ease.
This move is excellent to relieve back pain, massaging your internal digestive organs, and to increase spine mobility!
