In this vid.. I talk about basic Reiki self healing technique. Going from using Reiki hand positions and sinking/dissolving the various symbols into the body, to a more advanced method of creating Wheels of light that rotate with the Reiki symbols inside of them for greater healing effect. I describe some ideas and imagery of mine for Reiki healing and meditation.
