In this “Tension Relief Treatment ASMRreiki” my focus for you is to guide your mind and body with ease through calming and relaxing techniques. I use lots of flowing hand movements to help you feel the energy move through your body. I also use a rare stone, the blue opal, to assist me in creating a very calming setting. In this “Tension Relief Treatment ASMRreiki” I wanted to also incorporate brushing sounds, gentle tapping, a spray bottle, and some soothing Karuna tones to help you relax deeper into the healing treatment. You may feel the gentle energetic touch of my hands as we work to ease you into a peaceful slumber. If you’re looking for a peaceful sleep, then this session is perfect for you!
