Here is the next 20 minute reiki session for the third eye chakra, also known as Ajna or the brow chakra. 🔵
Ajna is linked to concentration, mental clarity, psychic abilities, intuition, spiritual perception and imagination. It is located on the forehead between the eyebrows and resonates with the colour indigo. This chakra is said to be connected to the pineal gland.
A blocked or imbalanced third eye chakra can result in confusion, a lack of mental clarity or brain fog, memory loss, uncertainty, indecisiveness, tension headaches or migraines, insomnia, lack of purpose and difficulty tapping into your intuition.
We will be using herbs, candles, gemstones, reiki and third eye visualisations such as ‘candle gazing’ to heal and activate this chakra.
