A chatty, honest Q&A sharing my third-trimester experience with my first pregnancy! This last part of pregnancy is such a magical, precious time and I am so so deeply grateful for my body. In this video I talk about the physical and emotional changes I’ve noticed this trimester, dealing with back + hip pain, insomnia, etc. I talk about sex, intimacy, colostrum, braxton hicks, my birth plan, moodiness, relationship dynamics and more.
