It is very important to clear and cleanse our energy field after every time we do Reiki or any other type of energy work on another person. As healers and empaths, we tend to immerse ourselves in another person’s energy. It is a part of our gift, however, when this happens, we sometimes also take on whatever has been swimming there in our client’s field. In this video, I am showing one of the many ways to quickly and easily clear and freshen up your energy field after a session with your client. I personally do some form of clearing after every single session. It’s like brushing your teeth every day! 😊💖
