Wow!! So interesting! I'm throughly intrigued!! Knowing and healing one's self sounds amazing!!
When i do reiki I can literally feel if someone has had an injury to a bone or body part. They honestly jump around energetically. Even though the person doesn't move. It fluctuates. Another thing that happens is when I am working in someone sometimes energy will literally jump off their body. In a pop.
I wish you had kept up with this series. Though there isn't a lot to see while someone gives you a reiki session. It's more about the experience. I remember watching this when I had no idea what reiki was and now after two years I'm a reiki master. An in-depth talk about reiki would have been a better idea which you did. A session is different for each person. And everyone should get a session.
LUV THIS! I hvnt heard of this before, so when I saw the title of your video I was curious. Kendall OMG! The moment she started wit the bowl I was enthralled!! I felt tingling in my legs and eventually all over and I was relaxed and for the lack of a better term, I felt this sinking or like a pull towards the earth..

Just had myself one yesterday for the first time and I never felt so much energy coming from someone’s hands in my life! It was so much around my head that I got a heavy feeling and a headache. But after an hour my mind was clear, my stress feeling where removed, I felt so different so light so positive and I slept like a baby. Today I feel like those negative energies that I had the hole week are somehow gone.
I believe is amazing.

I've seen a lot of comments saying that Reiki is fraudulent. It isn't. Reiki is very good for managing things like depression, anxiety, depression, and similar things that interestingly ASMR is also good at managing. Like ASMR, Reiki isn't meant to replace other treatments. It is something to do in conjunction with other treatments. If anyone tells you otherwise they are misinformed.

i love this! but be careful and look into reiki ,because my mom used to SWEAR by this and use it on my very sick brothers when our thyroid issues acted up. my mom quit reiki about 2 years ago after her cousin who is in a catholic nunnery told her that there is reason to believe that it was letting a bad energy into our home. now i don’t know how i feel about it but yes, whatever works for ya works!!! i love your content and look forward to your posting every week!!!! love you kendall!
